Ndzitha IT Solutions: Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all physical addresses within the borders of South Africa.

Gauteng Central (Pretoria & Sandton): Standard delivery is typically 1–2 business days after payment reflects.

National Delivery: 3–5 business days depending on your location.Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or PostNet Suites.

 2. Shipping Rates

Orders over R1,500: FREE Standard Shipping (National).

Orders under R1,500: A flat rate of R100.00 applies.

Express Delivery (Gauteng Only): Available at checkout for an additional fee of R150.00.

 3. Order Processing & Lead Times

 Payment Reflection: Orders are only processed once funds reflect in our account. If paying via Manual EFT, please send your Proof of Payment to sales@ndzitha.tech.

 Daily Cut-off: Orders placed and paid for before 11:00 AM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

 Weekend/Holidays: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or South African Public Holidays.

 4. Fulfillment & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner (e.g., The Courier Guy), you will receive a Tracking Number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

5. Stock Availability (The "Virtual Warehouse")

As an IT Solutions provider, we sync our inventory with our primary distributors in real-time.

 In the rare event that an item is marked "In Stock" but is unavailable at the time of picking, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

 6. Receiving Your Delivery

 Proof of Delivery: All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

 Damaged Packages: If the box appears heavily damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. As a cybersecurity-conscious firm, we take the integrity of your hardware seriously.

 7. Local Collection (Pretoria)

We do not offer local collection at point in time.
